The NGFP Impact Fund is an incentive for NGFP Network members to work collaboratively with others and develop new futures and foresight projects.

In addition to the monetary fund, SOIF and the NGFP practice offered group coaching support to help projects with their ideas and projects. Since the 2021 Impact Fund was announced we have run sessions to facilitate learning across the project teams and enable the members to meet each other and identify other areas of potential collaboration and interest. We also aim to match project teams with potential mentors and supporters through our global network.

“The impact fund gave us the space and opportunity to think about collaborations within the NGFP network more constructively. The call for applications encouraged us to put to paper ideas for collaboration that were already brewing, and we were able to fastrack our vision to create an anthology that otherwise may have taken a longer while to get started.”

“The impact fund has allowed me to work on initiatives that I’m passionate about. My understanding of foresight has also grown as a result of unrestricted access to resources, and I’ve had the chance to work on designing systems to help fellows collaborate more effectively, all in the period of a year”
