This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to School of International Futures Ltd (“us”), on our websites nexgenforesight.org and www.soif.org.uk (“the Site”) will be processed by us.
SOIF provides consultancy, training, research and advisory services and is running the Joseph Jaworski Next Generation Foresight Practitioners Award (the “Services”).
When we say “you,” we’re referring to the person or entity that’s registered with us to use the Services. In the course of providing the Services, we may collect Personal Information, which means information about you.

Information you provide to us when you use our Services, send us an email, call our team, or post on our website. Newsletters. We use a third party provider, Mailchimp, to deliver our newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies. For more information, please see Mailchimp’s privacy notice.
We may use and disclose your Personal Information for the following purposes:
The information that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the provision of support services.
If we need to transfer your personal information to countries which do not provide the same level of data protection as the UK we will put a contract in place to ensure that your information is adequately protected.
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Payment transactions are always encrypted.
Under the Data Protection Act you can access the personal information we hold on you. Any access request is subject to an administration fee of £10 (cheque payable to School of International Futures) and should be addressed to Data Protection Officer.
